TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in from 4pm onwards
Checkout by 10am on morning of departure

MINIMUM STAY

Our minimum stay is 3 nights

DEPOSITS

We charge a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
We charge a £1,000 damages deposit due with the balance payment, and refunded 5 days after your stay.

PETS

We welcome upto 2 dogs, please contact us to discuss at the time of your booking. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, drawing room or anywhere upstairs or on furnishings. There is a charge of £30 per dog.

SMOKING

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the hall and East Wing.

OWNER’S APPROVAL

All requests to book are subject to owner’s approval

EXTRAS INCLUDED

Linen, towels, beach towels, shower gels and everyday condiments are included in the rental rate. All energy supplies are included in the rental rate including logs and firelighters.

PARTIES

We welcome parties and celebrations however, we do not allow party poppers indoors. Drawing pins and sellotape internally on walls and paintwork is also not allowed.
